This Christmas, with the help of the "elves" of Team Jacum, we have a few crafty things to sell for much needed funds for The Lily Foundation.

Our sweet angel Jacob Bear only had 501 short days on this earth because of Mitochondrial Disease. A group of genetic diseases that effects young and old, cause disabilities, chronic illness and death. Yet there is no treatment, no cure.

Help us in memory of our gorgeous Jacob a Bear help fight this disease so one day beautiful children don't have to suffer or die.
