Team FOW will be Walking to Work for this year's Futures for Kids annual challenge.

Out team includes Will Mitting, Jon Watkins, Nicola Tavendale and Helen Seidenberg.

At 35 miles, this will be about 70 times more than Will has managed in a good few years so dig deep, to support us, Futures for Kids and make the inevitable pain worthwhile.
