Glasgow to Edinburgh Trek 2015 · 20 June 2015 to 21 June 2015 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As many of you will understand, the British Heart Foundation is a charity very close to my *ahem* heart. Just over two years ago I underwent an ablation procedure to 'fix' the Wolff Parkinson White syndrome I had been diagnosed with at the age of 11.
Having lived with the condition, and experienced what it was to have it treated, I so appreciate the importance of what the British Heart Foundation do for people with heart conditions. I also appreciate the importance of what the BHF do with regards to educating people on the importance of looking after our hearts. They are the centre of our being after all.
Team Challenge (myself and my much appreciated companion Emily!) will be taking on the Glasgow to Edinburgh Trek in 2015 to raise money for this great cause. We will cover 100km, walking through the night in order to reach Edinburgh within the 30 hour time limit.
Any donation, big or small, would be much appreciated by myself personally, but also by all those whom the BHF has helped, and continues to help, across the UK.
