From 6-8 August, I'm riding 119 miles from Bristol to Shenstone in Staffordshire as part of The Big Ride. The Big Ride is an initiative by supporters of the Palestinian people which combines a love of cycling with practical solidarity and awareness raising.

I'm raising vital funds for The Middle East Children's Alliance (MECA) who are setting up a project to run much needed play, sports and cycling activities with kids in Gaza's refugee camps.
