Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

Many people think that dementia is just another part of ageing which we have to accept - but it's not. Many of our loved ones are affected and we've got to do everything we can to find a cure! Having a family member with dementia can be really difficult for loved ones to come to terms with, and I'm running the Manchester 10K this year to raise money so that we can improve the lives of all those affected.
