A massive thank you to everyone that donated, your generosity, as always, is hugely appreciated and serves as a great motivatiob to drag ourselves off the couch and round these rides, all the while being thankful that we still can and can raise some money to help out those who aren't so lucky.

well, that's the hairy test cycles mostly safely around Loch Ness (ask Gavin about the bush) including a jaunt up one of the hardest climbs in the UK! Bring on the Caledonia for next week!

Once more, myself and the other Hairy Test Cycles (Gavin and Steve) are off to cycle round the wilds of Scotland. We're doing two events over consecutive Sundays, the Étape Loch Ness (67 Miles) and the Étape Caledonia (81) miles.

We're pretty confident of breaking last years times for the Caledonia, but we need a bit of motivation from you guys to help out. There are a massive number of worthy causes out there for your (and our) money, but as with last year, we feel that Prostate Cancer UK is our charity of choice, given that 1 in 8 men will suffer from it at some point in their lives, so please spare a few quid, forgo today's extra latte/cappucino/mocha-choca-half-caf-skinny-with-extra-shot and help raise awareness (or maybe even help find a cure) for this affliction.
