Thanks for taking the time to visit the JustGiving page for the Synergy Football Marathon.

Synergy Sports Strategy is a project of River of Life Church in Uganda and aims to help young people reach their potential in sport, and in their wider lives, through a programme of sports training initiatives, life skills teaching, mentoring and Christian discipleship.

Through our Synergy Home programme the Synergy Football Academy runs weekly training sessions, complete with life skills teaching, is involved in the local first division and other tournaments, and has helped over half of our 60 players get bursaries to local schools.

The Synergy Away programme involves work in rural primary schools, delivering a combination of child health checks, sports training sessions and life skills teaching as well as resourcing these schools with sports equipment.

Your donations will help us to continue to deliver these programmes, thereby ensuring that young people in Masaka, Uganda not only enjoy themselves, but are healthier, better educated, more resourced and have a greater hope for reaching their God given potential!
