As some of you know diabetes affects our family and my younger son Conor and I would like to make a difference by cycling from London to Paris for Diabetes UK.

Contrary to popular belief, diabetes is not a lifestyle choice for many people who have it through genetic reasons. Your donation will help fund their work into the causes, prevention and treatment of diabetes.

The ride will be challenging at 300km over 3 days and Conor who turned 12 at the end of July is one of the youngest participants.

 

We will personally fund all trip costs (c. £750 each) so all your money goes directly to Diabetes UK whose work impacts so many people’s lives today and going forward.
