The three of us Alan Boswell girls ( Lydia, Alaine and Sophie) have decided to take part in a 100 obstacle 10k run on the 29th October 2016 (Lydia's birthday!)

There will be mud and water , laughter and probably a few tears!!

We are looking to raise money for Norfolk's Cancer Charity 'BIG C' which is Alan Boswell's chosen charity of the year , we have all been asked to raise £100 each ...

So friends and family please dig as deep as you can to help us in our challenge
