I'm helping the 12, 12 for 12 challenge get off the ground with a bang by joining their first event, the Edinburgh Winter Run, my first ever 5km run. As someone not known for their running, i hope you can dig deep and support me and the team. The commitment Roz and Bri have made to this extraordinary endeavour is amazing, and I plan to support them along the way, emotionally and practically, if not by being crazy enough to do all their physical challenges!
