Story

Running for Mummy

On 27th May 2012 Im running the bupa 10 k in london for The Stroke Association. This is my second 10k run. I am running for a charity that supports people who suffer from what my Mum had. My Mum was a fit and healthy 53 year old with everything going for her; she had a heart of gold . Then on 30th April 2011 she had a stroke and sadly died 3 days later leaving my family devastated. My mum had no stroke symptoms. I no longer have my Mum but if I can save someone else from going through what my family has gone through this last year it will give me and my family some consolation.
