On the 2nd of June I will be participating in a sponsered trek to Pen y fan - the highest peak in South Wales - with Human Relief Foundation in the month of Ramadan whilst fasting 17 hours.

We are trying to raise money for the water project in Ghana in order to help provide for those who are in need of accessible and drinkable clean water.
