I'm taking part in Tough Mudder in order to raise money for a Charity close to my heart, Chantonbury Community Playscheme.

Those of you that know me will know I volunteer for this amazing charity during the summer, a charity that provides care for children with Special needs for 4 weeks over the school holidays.

Please donate what you can, if nothing else it will be amusing as you follow me and the rest of the team on an adventure of pain and misery as we train and compete! As you donate please feel free to suggest any weird and wacky ideas that we can use to get in shape!
