I'm running the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, Mind and Alzheimer's Society, Deloitte's charity partners. Each charity does incredible work and any money I can raise to help these charities will really help.

I've also set myself up nicely for a giant fall, as I was in a very ambitous mood when I completed my application form and set myself a ludicrous run target. When I first applied I thought 5.5km would be easy and I could whizz round it.

Turns out I'm no where near as fit as I thought and a training run last week proved very difficult...

As a result your donations will go towards helping good causes while prompting lots of laughter from spectators around Battersea Park as I try to drag myself around the course within the ridiculous target I set myself.
