Story

Hello and welcome to my JustGiving page!

My name is Stuart, and on the 21 September I will be pushed out of a plane at 12,000ft for charity. If I’m lucky, they may even give me a parachute before doing so! ;)

I will be jumping as part of a team from Premier Inn, and our target for this jump is to raise over £5,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital, to help them build a new Respiratory unit. This new unit will help them to care for many more babies and children with lung disease and serious respiratory conditions.

So dig deep, and donate above!

Thanks,

Stuart

(Also, a big shout out to anyone coming from UKoE or EqD. Let's see if we can make this jump 20% Cooler :D)

Frequently Asked Question:

Are you scared of heights?

As I sit here typing this, not so much. When I’m standing in a doorway looking down at a 12,000ft drop, most definitely!

Edit:

Oops, I forgot to update this page, although I think most people have heard through other means... The jump didn't go ahead on the date planned due to a combination of bad weather and it being sprung on me that I need to be not quite as fat to be allowed to jump. (It would have been nice for them to let me know that a month previous when we emailed them everyone's weights, but hey.)

Not all is lost however, as they have said that I can come back and jump in spring once I've list a little weight :)
