Story

fat bloke to athlete in 10 weeks!

Autism is in my family and by association many other families we know.

There are many good causes out there but this one is often forgotten by those not effected which fortunately is the majority, in our chase we cope better than many, but "many" need as much help and understanding as can be given. Please give generously.

My Story. Opportunity came on 20th January as a cancellation, I weighed 16st 3lb. After some sole searching and checking out a existing knee injury (which is ok as long as I don't twist!) I stupidly said YES.

So... I've run 10+ marathons in bite size chunks from that day rising from 3 - 13 miles, and lost 2 stone.

I AM NOT A RUNNER it is boring and I'm a big unit still, its all about the charity...

C'mon Stu..

Keep giving you'll feel good

many thanks

Stu
