Story

It's been two years since the last cycle trek so it's time for another one. So, I've fetched the bike from the shed, cleaned off the baffling array of cobwebs and tried to coax it and me into shape for our 28th August departure.

My buddy in this 9 day unsupported endeavour is Paul and our route is across the waistline of blighty from Bristol to King's Lynn; an epic journey of 230 miles.

Paul has started a blog to follow our progress, which is jolly organised of him, and it's following our meticulous preparations and training. And I've uploaded photos from the last trek.

I'm cycling for Amnesty International, a charity that does amazing work for human rights. I would be really grateful for any sponsorship you give me.
