Story
In February 2013 my husband, Steve Kaluza (Lubo to his friends), died suddenly and unexpectedly, of a heart attack. He was only 51 years old and appeared fit and strong. Although he did have high blood pressure, he had no signs, or symptoms of any heart problems. This was devastating for me and our children (who at the time were 17, 14 &10). We were blessed with the support from our family and friends and this continues. I was touched when a friend of ours (Simon Collins) recently said that he & fellow cyclists (Derek MacKenzie & Matt Nield) were looking to do the 90 mile, Oxford to Cambridge bike ride for BHF & asked if I would mind him doing it in Steve's memory? In addition to this, he wanted to add an extra challenge and cycle back home again!!!!!! In all, they will be cycling 200 miles to raise money, in Steve's memory. I would like to wish them lots of luck and hope that you will be able to support them.
