I am (with some slightly more sensible chums) walking nearly 100 miles of the north coast of wales dressed in a spiderman onesie.

Which as those of you that know me will realize is an entirely normal thing for me to do. Why am I doing this, well ... the wonderful folk at Medicin San Frontiers need your help keeping the work they are doing all over the world going. Please help them and by all means laugh at the middle aged man in he onesie when you have :)
