It's time to stop supporting from the side-lines & do the real thing!

Miles 4 Mel is in it's 3rd year and aims to raise funds for The Get Ahead Charity, a small charity that does everything it can to aid those who suffer from head & neck cancers.  A former colleague of mine, Mel Jaggard, sadly passed away from her own battle with a rare head cancer called Adeonoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC).  Mel showed such strength and resilience and is the reason for cycling 276km/173 Miles from Leatherhead to her home village in South Wales.

The ride takes place in May & I will be putting the hours in on the saddle to make sure I complete the ride so any support/motivation is greatly appreciated by me and the Get Ahead Charity!
