In usual fashion, I'm setting this up a bit last minute, a bit like the training to be fair. First bike ride of the year was 2 weeks ago and tomorrow at 5am Paul and I will be heading to Ally Pally in London to then cycle back 55 miles finishing at the Dons stadium. Paul Britton kindly offered to come with me so I'm planning on sitting behind him the whole way ;)
