I am raising money for The Birdhouse Fund (www.birdhousefund.org ) a registered charity which sits under the Forever Manchester Umbrella. They are a FANTASTIC charity giving vulnerable women a much needed step-up in life. They especially help women who have been the victims of domestic violence.

I know belts are tight but even if you can give £5 that would be awesome and will make such a difference. I have been running up and down hills for 6 months now so to see my 14inch man-calves in action is worth the £5 alone! Either that or me in a high vis vest...
