Hey everyone!! 

Please support me in raising money for a great charity who save lives on a daily basis. Last year one of my oldest friends Dad was involved in a a bad bike accident in the Lake District which the Great North Air Ambulance who responded so quickly to the scene helped save Alastair’s life. All donations are greatly appreciated however big or small and I can’t wait to get muddy, wet and sweaty along the Total Warrior route with Ailsa, setting myself a new challenge and all for an amazing cause xxxx
