For years now my friends and associates have supported me on the Carten100. We are hoping for 1000 riders this year to take part in what is now a huge event. Cardiff to Tenby on a bike, in a day is not to be sniffed at, it is a huge challenge. Once again I ask you to help me help our nominated charity. Noah's Ark Hospice is found at the back of the main building in University Hospital Wales and the plans are to build a childrens facility like no other. They have set us a goal and will hopefully name a ward after our little bike ride. Each brick and bed will be as a result of your donation. So please, once again I ask you to dig deep and donate.
