Work for us

We’re always looking for talented people to join Justgiving and help fundraisers and charities raise more money for good causes.

If you'd like to join us and be part of a passionate, committed team then please send us your CV. We are always on the lookout for talented developers, so even if there isn't a specific job vacancy advertised here, please your details anyway. If we like what we see, we'll invite you in to meet us.

Find out what we're up to on our blog. Or see photos of us in our Flickr gallery.

And did we mention we have great parties?

Justgiving is a unique place to work, and we love working here. This is why:

  • 1. We all have a voice. Whether you're a helpdesker, developer or the CEO, everyone in our team feels personally responsible for making sure we're making things better.
  • 2. We're driven by data, not egos. All of the best work we do comes out of solid research, some instinct and fierce internal debate. Management obviously has the final word, but we always get to voice our opinions. We like to take risks and learn just as much from our failures as we do from our success.
  • 3. Integrity rules. When we recruit, of course we look for talented people. But we only want talented people who echo our values and truly want to make a difference. Qualifications are important, but they're not the be all and end all.
  • 4. Accountability keeps us structured. There's not much bureaucracy here and we're not interested in unnecessary hierarchy. All of the Justgiving team know what each other does and that focus keeps everyone accountable and on target. We all know that completing our individual projects on time makes a real difference to the overall picture.
  • 5. We get rewarded properly. We pay close attention to market salary rates. We have a sister company in Boston, USA and all employees are encouraged to visit them every year. We also get to work in a nice office with comfy chairs and drink as much free coffee as we can handle. Which is lots.
  • 6. We like change. If something can be done better, we'll always look at it seriously and we act fast. Our CEO, Zarine, roves around the office counselling opinions on decisions, whether they're big or small.
  • 7. We have fun. We're friends. We like going out for lunch, going to the pub, and playing table tennis. People tend to stay here for a long time, because they like their colleagues as much as they like their job.
  • 8. We have the best users ever. We're constantly in awe of the people and charities raising funds through our website - they do the most amazing and inspiring things. Without them we would be nothing. We never, ever lose sight of that. It's what makes us, and them, Justgivers.

It's taken us seven years to get here, and we're excited about the next seven, and the seven after that. If you want to be part of it then please check out the jobs section.

What we are looking for:

1. As the 'founding member' of the analytics team, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves, get number-crunching and produce all your own reports.

3. You’ll have played an active role in the past in setting up a measurement infrastructure for data capture and reporting
4. You’ll have outstanding communications skills and the ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with the various teams in the business, as well as external partners such as a our web analytics supplier.

A strong communicator and a real team player, your ability to design and build a cool UI and passion for 'getting things done' will make you an integral part of a fast-paced and hard-working environment.
