I originally contacted Tom Dearie to offer support in the use of the Army Reserve Centre for a rest stop on the route down.

Unfortunately this was too far off route. He offered me a place on the ride and i jumped at the chance, as a personal challenge and as a way of raising a decent amount of money for some local charities within Portsmouth and Gosport.
