Sophie's Leeds RAG - Tour to France

Leeds RAG - Tour to France · 14 June 2014
In June I will be cycling 400 miles from Leeds to Paris, raising money for Save the Children. It's over 6 days and will be a huge challenge, however knowing that I've been able to support the work of a brilliant charity which helped 10 million children last year (and the promise of croissants at the Eiffel Tour) will hopefully make it a far less painful experience!
I would be so appreciative of a donation, however small, as the work which Save the Children do is on-going in over 120 countries. Currently, the charity is providing emergency aid for some of the 3 million children in Syria who have been affected by the on-going conflict, and also for those in the Philippines who were recently hit by the devastating typhoon Haijan.
Here are some examples of how your donation will help:
£3 could pay for the life-saving treatment of 8 children with diarrhoea.
£25 could provide 'safe birth' kits for 3 women giving birth at home
and £50 could buy 2 hygiene kits for a child in Syria or the Philippines
Thank you so much for visiting my page and helping me to support a fantastic cause x
