Cystic Fibrosis affects the internal organs, especially the lungs and digestive system, by clogging them with thick sticky mucus. This makes it hard to breathe and digest food.
I am going to attempt to finish a 5km run around Greenwich Park with family and friends - although i will certainly not be runnng! I have a lung function in the low 20% region so it will not be easy and i hope to finish it!! It takes place on Sunday 6th December and is fancy dress (xmas inspired) - santa suits are provided but any xmas theme is welcomed so many funny pictures will follow, once completed.
Please help me raise some money towards the Cystic Fibrosis Trust as it is close to my heart and will hopefully help towards improving treatments, medicines or even a cure! No matter how small the donation it will make me really happy and grateful.
