This year I will again be taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride. This event is held annually to raise money for the British Heart foundation to further research and help find cures into heart disease within the UK.

As heart disease runs in my family and I suffer from inherited high blood pressure please help me raise money for this very worth while cause.
