Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm going to be doing a tandem skydive on the 11th July 2013. It'll be my first sky dive. I'll be going up 15,000 feet which is the highest skydive in the UK.
Whilst doing this skydive I will be raising money for the Lincolnshire and Nottingham Air Ambulance. This cause is very close to my heart. Without the air ambulance I wouldn't have my Dad with me today.
This jump will just be a teeny tiny amount of effort on my part in comparison to the effort these people go to day in, day out to save our loved ones.
The Air Ambucopter is not funded through Government or the NHS. It is purely through charity and donations that we have this life saving luxury that so many countries around the world do not have. We should not take this for granted. You never know when you might need an air ambulance. Please remember, regular road ambulances cannot always reach you if you are in a field, by a river or so close to deaths door they may not get you to the hospital in time.
The Air Ambulance is vital to us and saves so many lives a year. Please, think of yourself and your close ones. If you donate just £5 to this cause myself and the Lincolnshire Air Ambulance crew will be incredibly grateful.
