This year the Alan Boswell Group Staff Charity is supporting the local Norfolk Cancer Charity The Big C. This is a charity close to my heart, not only did my late dad use their services whilst fighting pancreatic cancer, but my youngest brother Jason is currently fighting cancer and has also used their services. We have drawn on them during our difficult times and continue to do so.

Each staff member has been challenged to raise 100 pounds each. My challenge is to ride the 35 mile Tour De Norfolk on 25th September 2016 with my team colleagues Sam, Tash, Louise and Jacci. Those of you who know me will know that doing 1 mile is a feat for me after being knocked off my cycle by a car when I was 16 years old.

If each person I know donate just 1 pound I will easily reach my target (but would of course love to go way beyond that!).
