With your help and support I'm fundraising for MAP - a small charity who do great work on the ground in Palestine and in refugee camps across the region. They deliver health and medical care to those worst affected and work in partnership with local health providers and hospitals, to address a wide range of health issues and challenges for those who do not have access to it.

The challenge 

From 15th September for 6 days I will be cycling across Palestine. Going from Jenin in the North to Hebron in the South via the Dead Sea and then back up to Jerusalem via Bethlehem. 

A total of 150 miles or 240km with some epic desert valley ascents 400m above sea level and a few hours of hiking each day to add to the mix.
