At the heart of our work here at Secret World is our Animal Care Team, who are dedicated to saving the lives of sick, injured and orphaned animals. Nine members of staff are supported by nearly 60 volunteers, covering 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that animals receive care when they need it. Their unique skills and experience can mean the difference between life and death for rescued wildlife.

With your support, Animal Carers (like Leigh pictured) are able to use their years of experience to make sure that every animal brought into our care is given every chance of survival.

 A gift of just £20 for example, would enable two animals to receive the pain relief so desperately needed if they are injured. We are entirely reliant on the generosity of people like you, with no funding received from the government.
