At the Lancaster MBA, I'm part of a team called Scafell— a bunch of 12 aspiring leaders on a mission to become world-class business people. (At 978 metres (3,210 feet), Scafell is the highest mountain in Cumbria. It is located in the Lake District National Park in Cumbria, UK.)
