As a group of fife nurses from a busy acute hospital in Fife we have chosen this worth while cause as our designated charity to support this year, we are aiming to raise as much awareness as cash by undertaking Tough Mudder in June 2018 as Fife Sands is totally dependent on donations to provide their service.

Its not been easy training whilst working 12 1/2 hour shift on our wards but were tough, maybe a little mad but want to show how much we care. None of us admit to being athletes so we have been training as and when we can, the miles we walk in a day on shift are counting towards fitness - so thanks NHS for working us so hard.
