Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I was diagnosed with oral cancer in December 08 and one of my first thoughts was that I would try to be fully recovered in time to run the Cardiff Half again in October 09. My treatment finished in March and I can't thank enough the Maxillofacial Team at the University Hospital of Wales & the Oncology team based at Velindre Hospital who provided the best care I could have asked for.I've run half marathons before and never raised money - I have always taken part as a 'personal challenge' but now i have found my cause.
Please dig deep and give what you can for Cancer Research UK.
Thank you
