Well fantastic news the total with all cash donations, just giving and donations direct to the hospital with gift aid is @£1800!! Thank u all so so much for your generosity and support and a huge thank you to this who I cannot say a personal thank you to on Facebook xx

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January this year. It was obviously a huge shock and has raised my awareness of breast cancer and diagnosis. In the UK women are not offered routine mammograms until their 50th brithday, however, cancer and cancerous cells can cause tumours in thousands of women before 50. I have started treatment and will soon be losing my hair due to chemotherpay, and thought it would be a shame to miss the opportunity of raising funds for the Star's Appeal at Salisbury District Hosptial, and the chance to raise awareness to get you guys (including men) to check out their breast/breast area, without regular checking I would not have found my tumour!

The Star's Appeal fund the latest equipment, improve facilities on the cancer ward and day care suite and enable nursing staff to receive the latest specialist training.If you would like to donate to the Star's Appeal and raise awareness with me please follow the procedure on here and pass them onto friends if you wish. I am going to film having my head shaved at home which my children Oliver and Emily Rose would like to help with, and put the video on here and facebook, I think extra donations should be given in the fact that I will be letting a two year old weild a pair of hair clippers at me!! : )
