Hi I’m Samuel, I am 10 years old and I live in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. I have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is a condition that causes muscle weakness. It started when I was younger and I started to have difficulty standing. I am no longer able to join in sports at school with my friends, which has left me feeling isolated.

This new chair has a sit to stand function, which means I will be able to stand, make eye contact with my friends and teachers and giving me the ability to move around independently.

Please help me and other children like me.
