On Saturday 12th September I, alongside 30+ other walkers will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge - a gruelling 24.5 mile climb up and down three enormous mountains. 

This is all in a bid to raise £24,500 for PhysCap - a Yorkshire-based charity dedicated to raising money for disabled children and their families in the Yorkshire region. 

This is a charity close to my heart as I am also a volunteer on the PhysCap committee. Our sole aim is to   support as many children as possible living with disabilities to help them in their everyday life.
