Team Edelman are stepping up to take on the toughest competition out there, Tough Mudder South on Sunday 9th June and raise money in aid of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

There is clearly something wrong with me for putting myself forward to attempt a hardcore 12 mile-long obstacle course designed by the special forces including being electrocuted- of my own free will.

Having just started training and going from only being able to complete one press up, to now being able to complete several sets alongside my fellow Edelman Fight Fit team- this is going to be the hardest mental and physical test I have ever taken on.
