The inaugural ROL takes place on Friday 7 September, starting from the ICR campus in Sutton, Surrey. I will be taking on the maximum challenging route of 100km (65 miles) taking in the iconic climbs of Leith Hill and Box Hill, where much of the action of the 2012 Olympic road race took place.

This will be a huge challenge for me, having cycled 20 miles maximum until now.
