Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I will be testing my endurance as I take on a 17-day trekking trip to the base camp of the world's tallest free mountain and aim to reach 5,554 metres. I will experience some of the most dramatic mountain landscapes on earth and witness the incredible views of Mount Everest, towering the Himalayas in Nepal. THIS WILL BE A CHALLENGE OF A LIFETIME and a dream come true as I hope to make forever lasting memories and I am passionate on helping the less fortunate.
This is in aid of delivering life saving essential aid to the Rohingya refugees. The dehumanisation of the Rohingya people has become ethnic cleansing in Myanmar. Human rights violations and destruction are rife, with women raped, children abused and villages burned to the ground. There are now almost 1 million Rohingya Refugees living in the extremely densely populated area of Cox's Bazaar on the coast of Bangladesh.
Your contribution will be going towards a great cause where urgent medical attention is needed along with construction of household shelters and food and water supply.
Your donations and support will be highly appreciated.
Many thanks
