Story

You go through life thinking that the men around you are your heroes,  always there no matter what - dads, brothers, uncles, husbands, dear friends, etc never assuming that anything would get in the way or harm their health.  Unfortunately not the case,  32,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year, with at least 12,000 of them unfortunately not making it through treatment.  1 in 8 Welshmen are at risk of getting this disease which shows no obvious symptoms.

Men over 50 are entitled to have regular PSA (Prostate Speific Antigen) tests every 2 years which will help detect cancer.

Why am I doing this?  Well apart from my dad having a large scare last year,  I want to raise awareness so that the men in my life and your life will have the support they need in the hope that they will never have to fight this disease.
