Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was due to take part in Keiths SAS challenge on June 1st as part of a group. Unfortunately becaude of a work commitment I can no longer make this date so I have decided to complete the challenge solo.

This is an 80K bike ride followed by a 8K kayak and finishing with a 10K run. I'm just hoping for good weather and a favourable tide!

All donations will go to support MS Therapy Centre in Dundee. The centre provides wonderful support and various treatments including Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber sessions which are proven to have a positive impact on MS sufferers as well as for those with other associated ailments. The centre is funded entirely by donation and requires at least £130,000 every year to remain open.
