So i turn 40 this year and i have decided to do something that is very much out of my comfort zone. Im not a fan of heights and extreme sports. So i will be zip lining down the mountains of wales ( in june )  which just so happens to be the biggest zip line in Europe. but i believe that you only live once and im also doing it with my best friends that i have known most of my life. So any donation would be very much appreciated to help encourage me and to know that im doing this for a good cause. I will also be competing in the tough mudder challenge in August with my colleague from work zak - aka youngman.
