Story
Top 100 law firm Birketts has entered two teams in to the second annual Steptober challenge to help raise funds to end youth homelessness.
Sponsored by M7 Real Estate, this event sees property professionals from across the country compete to log the most steps during the month of October, with friends and colleagues sponsoring their efforts.
Taking part this year are Cameron Barlow, Cara Keen, Catherine Halton-Farrow, Emily Seago, Laura Jones, Lucy Broad, Steve Bell and myself from Birketts’ Norwich office. The challenge is run through an online platform called Himotiv which syncs with each participant’s fitness tracker or smartphone to monitor their steps. Each week, leaderboards will be published to encourage competition across the property sector. Challenges can also be set between individuals, giving staff that little extra incentive to take the stairs, go for a lunchtime walk or swap short bus or car journeys for a stroll.
Please do give generously if you wish to support the teams!
Thank you
