Dear Friends,
Please dig deep in support of the Anthony Nolan Trust. I'll be running around the Isle of Wight between sunrise and sunset on 3 July. That's 120km between 4:56am and 21:20. An average of 7.3km/hour for 16 hours and 23 minutes. Will I make it? So that I do, pledge to support.
If you want to do something really special, register as a donor or stem sells at the Anthony Nolan Trust. It costs you nothing (it's painless - a medical procedure, not osso buco) and could save a life.

For real enthusiasts, or those stuck in traction unable to do anything more interesting, tune into Isle of Wight radio on the 3rd to 'catch the latest'. And if you feel like meeting for a beer in Cowes that evening, please come.
