The neo-natal team did Amazing work to save my babies life. Edward was born by emergency c-section when I was 35 weeks pregnant. He was diagnosed with SVT(Supra-Ventricular Tachycardia) He was given only 5% chance of surviving. The doctors tried cooling therapy, Edward laid on a cold gel filled mattress which reduced his core temperature. This treatment saved his life. I want to give my thanks to UCLH and asked how I could help them. The neonatal unit is in need of an EEG monitor. This monitors babies brainwaves while they are being cooled. I'm looking forward to raising money towards this and giving some thing back to a fantastic team.
