Story

You can see the Celebrating Brendon page here:

http://brendon.ormsby.muchloved.com/

On the 22nd of December 2013, I suffered a major stroke which had left me paralysed down my right hand side and  has also left me with limited speech and language skills.

After three months of physiotherapy sessions I am now walking again and have regained movement in my right side but still have major difficulty communicating with people as my vision and speech are still greatly affected.

After completing the leeds 10k we are keeping the page open for a further 12 months and will be involved in other fundraising events throughout the year until the next 10k event. We will continue to raise awareness and funds for the stroke association and survivors.
