This year, we are encouraging children at St Barnabas school or runners in Run Jericho to fundraise again in support of a library in Bekoji, Ethiopia which we helped to establish last year.  Bekoji now has a library, but there are annual running costs for an assistant librarian and internet connection, which we are hoping to support.

Bekoji is small town in the Ethopian highlands with an unusually active local running community and an exceptional number of elite runners originating from the town, as featured in the film "Town of Runners" (If you haven't seen the film, you can watch it here: http://vimeo.com/ondemand/townofrunners ).
